    Is your Blacklist full?

    Apparently there's some sort of issue where if your Blacklist is full, you cant add cross-server friends.

    You got it! ty, would of never guessed that being diligent on blacklisting RMT would make me unable to make friends :'(
    After removing a few from the blacklist the options appeared, so looks like it is some sort of bug, but if removing some deleted RMT's fixes it at least it can be fixed until you run into more RMT spammers.
