    Might be time to lock private houses as 1 per account. Add in sharing with alts and we might have ourselves some improvement.

    Locking to 1 per account does absolutely no good anywhere but low population servers. You can't beat the rush on high populations with two characters on the same account on high population servers. The people that actually engage in this flipping and reselling are people that have more than 1 account.
