/hotbar action not working as of 4.1

Oh god they are ninja nerfing protect swap instead of fixing the actual imbalance of the skill...

Are you referring to healers swapping in Protect on macros to save the assigned role ability? Because mine still works. I used it last night with no problems.

Are you 100% sure that your macro swapped the skill? Because that sounds exactly like the macro that I linked in the OP

No, Protect macros generally never change hotbars because they're just used at the start of an instance to cast Protect without using up one of your Role Action slots.

Example:

/micon "Protect"
/mlock
/merror off
/aaction "Largesse" off
/aaction "Protect" on
/ac "Protect" <wait.3>
/aaction "Protect" off
/aaction "Largesse" on
