An issue that prevented hundreds of thousands of people from really playing the game -at all- and you think it is reasonable to expect that they would come respond to issues over a house? Your problem here is that you're comparing people to kids complaining over a candy bar...
What you have here are basically customers complaining about a service not available...
You have people with jobs here that just want a game to escape from real life hardships... and ingame, they just trip on the exact hardships that they're escaping from...
