Seeing as they must have known this would happen, they should have had something already prepared that they could have anyone employed by SE declare. Saying that the devs are asleep isn't much of a reason for there being no response. Also, the devs don't really handle puplic contacts with customers, not in a large scale company like SE, were they have special public relations people that handle that. The "devs" are just coders and artists that create the game the company wants.
