Wow. I don't even know what to say, but I guess sorry that you think knowing how to read a clock means I am defending them.

To everyone else who hopefully has at least two functioning brain cells remaining: In a few hours when the devs are back at work, they will likely start commenting on the issue (as it is an issue for JP players as well). If at that time they are still refusing to comment, then it is probably fair to question why. It is not, however, reasonable to expect them to jump out of bed solely to come address your lack of a house.
