We don't want to move them to a different section of the bar. The useless skills (that have no everyday use) should no be forced on the bar at all.Let me just quote this part of the Class Reforms post:
It says you can move all your actions and traits as you like.
You'll still be able to select and set the abilities (and traits?) from other classes but the abilities and traits from your current class can't be removed.
You can still macro every ability how you like and with the addition of UI addons (though I'm not sure I like that addon system) you'll be able to do even more.
People should read the letters and dev posts, then take a step back and ask themself if it's really an issue worth complaining about or wait till further information is provided.
k.

And which skills would that be?
Nobody knows anything about how skills or their effects will change yet.
Also, things won't change in 1.20 even if you complain now, because I'm pretty sure most of it is already finished. Why not wait till it's out and see what it's like before making assumptions.
Are you seriously going to argue that every skill will have an every day use in the game? Or every skill will have a use in events/raids/NM hunts? And which skills would that be?

And as for the wait and see policy: That nearly put this game in its grave. There really isn't any need whatsoever to wait and see. No other MMO (I'm aware of) has created a skill list where as every skill in the game has an every day use. Didn't happen in 11, nor WAR, nor CoH, nor Aion, nor RIFTS, etc etc.
Somehow I doubt 14 will be doing it. There is literally no argument anyone can put forth that can justify we have to adamantly have every skill on our bars to whatever adjacent class.
skills that may be good, but may not be a part of your role in some situations, like presence of mind, is sometimes pointless, but sometimes good when i have a massive amount of agro. Or like fire when you are playing main healer. Or defender when you are an attacker. provoke when you are solo. And which skills would that be?

For me, i like everything on my bar just in case, but a lot of people dont like that.
Funny you should mention XI, because in it, the only job that can change its skillset is BLU (and PUP, depending on your definitions). Are you seriously going to argue that every skill will have an every day use in the game? Or every skill will have a use in events/raids/NM hunts?

So... nya nya?
Read between the lines: Skills equate to spells since spells are skills in this game. Didn't I tell you to run along? Nice semantics try though, troll.
