Wouldn't it be a riot if they *accidentally* turned on PvP mode for the housing zone?
I mean I would be crushed immediately, but that doesn't mean that it wouldn't be funny in a unpleasant way to me...

The small houses probably are going to be the easier ones if you aren't especially picky and the login queue gods smile upon you. It's kind of a question if you want to risk using the mini aetheryte to go to the other subdivision if your desired plot is taken. I'd probably recommend you grab whatever one you have the first opportunity to do so.

It'd be even sillier not to log out in Kugane, if one is trying to get one of the Shirogane houses (outside of the ward 1 plots), since you can only travel to Shirogane from the Kugane aetheryte or the Kugane ferry NPC.

There's a ferry skipper inside the housing area you can use to go to any ward you want, you know.

And with significantly less people around it. Especially in the subdivision.

Last time they increased wards they kicked everyone out of the wards beforehand and everyone got sent back to the ferry NPC. It's a possibility this will happen again to make it "fair" for everyone. People who logged out ON plots may be in for an unpleasant surprise.

Well, if they do do that (though they haven't said they will), then it wouldn't really be much difference from me having logged out in kugane anyway.

Though I don't remember that happening, last time wards were added I had logged out in my housing area and I was still there after maintenance.

I was fairly certain everyone was getting kicked out so I just plopped next to the Kugane skipper and have prepped my sacrifices to dark gods.
