No one here cares how large or small someones irl butt is. You and your s/o seem to be missing that this is a video game thread discussing video game characters in a video game forum. We are talking about video game butts. If you like your character with a small butt, enjoy the base model!!! Some of us don't enjoy our character's butts, hence the request for a slider.

Objectively speaking it is not your business what someone else does with their character. You can't even argue from an immersion perspective because outfits like the chocobo and pig exist.

If you have been met with people being rude to you you need to ask yourself why. At it's core this thread is about wanting more customization. The reason the focus is on butts is because it's an area where not only is there no existing customization but also an area a lot of people think SE designed poorly. Most other aspects of character creation (across all races at least) have some dimension and variation. Do you like a particular skintone? Got it. How about height? Cool, from Lala to Roe you have options. How about overall frame? You can be muscular like Roe or Highlander or dainty as a female AuRa. You know what has basically no variation whatsoever?

Everyone has a flat butt.

You two are so stuck on this being sexual or demeaning it honestly baffles me. It is a particularly lacking area of character customization, that in and of it's self should be enough for you to agree it needs an update. As someone who thinks this is perfectly valid are you going to call me "pathetic" to my face for wanting my character to not have a flat butt and that desire stemming from my own body issues? Go ahead, I even promise not to report you, I just want to see if you have the gaul to be that rude to someone you can't dismiss as being a "pervert".

I never said it was cool for people to be rude to you or your boyfriend. What I said was that if you find people being rude to you you need to stop and ask why it's happening. For me personally I have had people dmsay rude things to me but if it's a point that I believe in strongly I will stick to my guns and deal with it. What I can't believe is that you are so bothered by this illusion that the people in this thread are "demeaning" people with small butts irl because they want the *option* to have a larger butt in game.

Everyone has different tastes and there is nothing wrong with saying you find a particular feature unattractive. I don't find very skinny guys attractive. I don't find girls with a lot of spray tan attractive. If you are a skinny guy or a spray tanned girl this should not hurt your feelings. There are people who find those things attractive out there and I respect their choices as well.

Saying something doesn't look good is always by default in your own opi ion.

In terms of the end of your post where you try to have a pity party about your anxiety I only have one thing to say - if this gives you anxiety I am genuinely worried for you when it comes to real life. Seek help. I am not making a joke or being hurtful, if talking about the butts of video game characters literally makes you feel anxious I think you need to evaluate some things about your priorities. If you are using anxiety as a tool to try to garner pity then with all due respect go away and don't come back, it isn't something to joke about or use as a prop.
