Can we as paying customers agree the lack of Housing is simply unacceptable to SE?

I like ffxiv housing system, better than instance housing. When I had one I felt like I had a home and property in the actual world. Other places that do instance housing, I feel isolated from the world. And I can sense that I'm in a fake digital space where in ffxiv, I feel like my house has a real spot in the map.

That's the thing why have one or the other just do both. Make instanced housing cheaper or give the apartments access to communal gardening plots/workshop. This way people gain access to the whole system but if you want a non instanced house/garden you have to pay more.

@ManuelBravo - Nope. I have an FC house and I still find the housing unfair. Doesn't matter if "life isn't fair"; wasn't sure if you were aware of this, but FFXIV isn't "life", it's a "video game." The housing situation in this game is the worst, and there are more people that agree with that than disagree. Please get off your high horse. You are no more special that me or the Average Joe. Everyone should have a chance at housing, and, as it stands, that is not the case.

You do realize I'm comparing to a one man FC. An FC that everyone purchased is great an all and perhaps your FC is unique and gets along. If they get along that is great, from my personal experience and not getting a home until later on the game, FC's are not as friendly specially in Legacy servers.

Sorry I was right about you the first time I never realised you had a solo house.

I don't disagree with that, I'm just weary of anyone who wants it replaced with instance housing.

@HyMinPark apparently you have comprehension skills challenges and or may have not noticed the whole part when I mentioned " We all pay subscriptions no one is special" Apparently you also missed the part were I said some experiences can be related to RL. Therefor I respect your perspective and everyone else... There is nothing wrong with instanced housing—with instanced housing everyone can have a house, not just less than 25% of the playerbase. Which, there are already individuals that own multiples, so that percentage of homeowners in this game is, realistically, even lower. While the wards may be nice, I personally don’t care if they did away with them and shifted to instanced housing—most of the wards on my server are dead except for 2-3 people that loiter by market boards or summoning bells, and they definitely don’t feel neighborhood-y at all. So, pardon me, but I don’t understand your weariness.

As per my previous comment you apparently omit info? Did you also see/read the part that reads " I am just like you, I work hard for my money, pay my dues,or do you like omitting info and just place the quotes so others can think your giving all info? Once again I am not saying this game is real life, SOME meaning; unspecified but considerable in number, amount, degree, etc.: aspects can be related to real life. The story line , characters , items , actions, ect are not real. I am NOT saying that the rules in Eorzea are those in the real world, only that they are similar in terms of principal. As for the Life reference it's a form of sarcasm and reality. Way to demonstrate the American Educational system. -.-; at it's best.
