Bloodbath was for tanking in Deliverance with Berserk and double Decimate or Fell Cleave and Overpower.Bloodbath was complete trash, it was worse than foresight and anyone who thinks otherwise is blinded by blood goggles. It was only useful combined with OTHER abilities and only added notable healing when it came to aoe, any single target benefit you got from it was completely negligible unless you REALLY, REALLY wanted to heal yourself above absolutely anything else and blew bloodbath, berserk, back to back inner beasts and equilibrium. In which case you just spent like a bunch of cooldowns and probably misaligned everything all while losing out on a lot of damage just to not die (which could have been accomplished in most situations just by using holmgang)

you know, as much as I adored the ability to not need healing during my burst phase in dungeon pulls with blood bath, it was really too disgustingly overpowered. In reality, blood bath's uses in content that mattered was pretty limited. The only time I recall blood bath being necessary was during a12s timegates, but that's just one instance. Aside from that, it won't help you survive a tank buster. Therefore, it's only area to shine was in dungeons, and that was just too much in that situation. If WAR had to be toned down somewhere, that was the most logical spot to focus in on.
