I upgraded to HW because I wanted to continue upgrading my gathering and crafting classes while I take my time finishing the MSQ.

So I read through the entire thread. And I notice you've not been reading the replies. One of which told you you needed to have finished The Ultimate Weapon to have them unlocked. It took you SIX PAGES for a screenshot. And now, plain and simple, answer the question. Have you finished The Ultimate Weapon?

You're taking your time through the main story quest, you're level 53, my money's on no.
