When dps dont aoe should they just get kicked from the start?

If people don't AoE, I just stop making big pulls.

It isn't such a big deal like you people love to make it. There's enough situations in the game where you are *prevented* from making a big pull anyway that you should be used to it.

Call me an "elitist" but I am not going to accommodate someone being lazy while doubling the length of the dungeon. This is entirely different if I'm not geared enough, the healer isn't or they ask not to do mass pulls because they're still a bit apprehensive. Those players I'm happy to go more slowly for. A geared DPS who just doesn't like casting Scatter or Doom Spike? Nope.

If being an "elitist" equates to caring about the group as a whole and putting the success and enjoyment of the entire team over the petty desires of one selfish and lazy individual, then I will carry that title with pride.
