Yep, as the guy that after a match gone wrong gone to the extent to search members on server and when found me on same server, started to insult me by tells before being blacklisted. You need say thank you to people like that, that chat got removed.

I mean not only does that show removing chat didn't do anything, but also you know they wouldn't of had to search right? It shows your server in the results screen

Yup, And they are also adding cross word tells, people that would have been toxic in games will just send you a tell cross world and be toxic then.
All that the chat ban is doing is just preventing the inevitable and making it so people that are serious about pvp unable to communicate, and people that want to learn unable to learn.

A chat ban is not the answer but proper policing. Chat ban should be punishment for toxic players, not for everyone.

We can't be mean to people, though. Being told you didn't play well is too mean. Only being passive aggressive is allowed though quick chat.

Agree. Feels like the chat ban was due to the so much time used by SE staff to handle reports from feast so they decided to cut it short.

Some examples:

Dictionary chat <-> feast language

"Remember to retreat when healer down" <-> "OMG fkin NOOB u know nothing of pvp stop pvp and never retuuuurn NOOOB" (to the healer because is dead, ofc)
"You (dead) dps are supposed not get so much medals and let tank do the job" <-> "WTF u doin' OMG NOOB WTF WTF" (to the healer because not gud to keep a clueless dps alive)

After chat ban, the bashing of a player translates to:

"Attack <player role>!"
spamming "Good job!" a thousand times.

So yes, chat ban didn't helped so much at the end, but saved you from much more harsh text lines than the lenient ones I wrote here.

Btw, as side note, and to relax a little, my healer making her road and now I see culling time more often and getting bashed by team less often Hooray.
