Bad idea. That would encourage people to play dps classes, which would make queue times for dps even longer. This would at least make up for the discrepancy in queue times, putting the leveling ability on par with tanks and healers.
I know there are lots of ways to level dps classes outside of dungeons, but the game is basically dungeon based. Using other leveling methods effectively hampers dps skill set at end game.
Thoughts?
Instead consider the long queue times as incentive to play tank or healer instead - there are already more than enough dps players in the game.

No it wouldn't. People aren't going to main a job based around queue times. Furthermore, a small bonus won't incentivize someone when they could run the same dungeon twice in the amount of time some DPS queues take. That alone defeats the entire point since you'd still level faster as a tank.
And? Not everyone is interested in playing though roles.
