So been wanting to tackle this awhile house flipping. 1st A npc to relinquish your property to at any give time and get 90% of your gil back, this would open houses to others. .

How does this actually prevent flipping since the person could feasibly squat on it, till someone asks for a house and they double profit buy trying to sell the relinquishment rights?

I'm not saying I disagree with people getting their money back on relinquishment just don't see how it prevents people from still taking advantage. The RNG timer wouldn't necessarily prevent this. Especially if someone who did the sale let's the person know and that person could feasibly stay in zone waiting for it to happen anyways.
