it has everything to do with it? i don't mind playing any job so i'll gravitate towards the jobs with faster queues. if there are 2853 jobs i would be leveling tanks all the way to the next expansion till the next level cap goes up.

when the people that actually enjoy tanking and healing run out of options, they stop leveling completely or they are forced to level DPS jobs which slows down queues for other people who just want to level DPS jobs.

That is you though. If there were 5 tank jobs, I would hard pressed to level all 5 tank jobs. I forced myself to level DRK to 70, hoping it would get better in my eyes... it didn't.

As stated beforehand, it doesn’t matter if there is an abundance of Tank jobs/classes that can be leveled, the issue is the number of players willing to level tank jobs/classes.

Also, it doesn’t matter what Tank mains do once they have level capped their Tank jobs when it comes to DR DPS queues. Those queues will always be long. Me not logging on to level the last six combined levels to cap between WAR and PLD is “driving up” DPS queues times.
