This one doesn't have crappy lgbt stereotypes but still no. If anything fairy would be a female race only and it would raise lots of debats, alsongside excluding all the people playing male. Plus fairies in the world of FFXIV are known as SCH's summons, there's no way it can become a living race on Hydaelyn and play jobs like tank or melee.
