Horrid person. Sorry you had to deal with that. Not sure what server you all are on, but if its Phoenix, I'm always happy to help! Name is same as here. Luna Joy. Cheers![]()

"If it is a sin to covet honor, I am the most offending soul" ~Shakespeare
Letting bots run rampant in Frontlines is SE's fault. One player treating another player like garbage in a DF Roulette is in no way SE's fault.
The only reason any of these roulettes with rewards exist in the first place is to keep old content semi-relevant for people leveling and/or new players.
These two specific dungeons have had this issue for 4 years. SE should have re-developed them a long time ago.
I was still on PS3 my first time through. I did skip the cutscenes to accommodate the group but you know what, the PS3 would take 45 seconds to load the cutscene before I even had the option to skip it. Thus, I was left behind too. A special option to skip all cutscenes for these two should have been added a very long time ago. And the fact that nothing has changed in 4 years is completely SE's fault.
Sheesh, what a jerk.
People make the choice of how they behave. If you choose to treat someone else like crap for your own selfish benefit, that's on you, not the company who made the game. These two specific dungeons have had this issue for 4 years. SE should have re-developed them a long time ago.

And, failure to acknowledge that anything is wrong with the content will continue to provide a spawning ground of terrible experiences like OP had for many a new players to come in the future.
I've been really lucky. Everyone has just let me view the cutscenes no problem, some have even waited instead of continuing the dungeon.
Healers privilegies on dungeons: Dont heal the rude person, unless he is a tank, then vote kick or just endure for the dungeon (sorry, tank privilegies are higger than healers)
These are not mutually exclusive. Yes, those two dungeons are badly designed and really should fixed (turned into solo instances perhaps). But that doesn't excuse people from treating each other badly. When running a dungeon that's designed badly, it's all the more important for players to be considerate of each other, and recognize that for first time players, it's not about racing through the place. And, failure to acknowledge that anything is wrong with the content will continue to provide a spawning ground of terrible experiences like OP had for many a new players to come in the future.
Somehow my criticism of the content and SE's complete lack of any attempt to fix the issue has been taken as an endorsement of the behaviour the player OP was complaining about. I do not condone it but I understand what it is rooted in.
If content is poorly designed, players need to voice their concerns about it. This has been done, hundreds of times for 4 years and SE continues the ignore the issue.
This disregard for player input has breed frustration on the part of the player base.
This frustration is expressed in by the not willing to wait for the newer players. The speed run is not going away; any pretense sentiment otherwise is just naivety.
And, the new players are continuously being upset / disheartened by the experience.
This negative experience happens even before any insensitive player makes Kick threats in the chat.
In the large amount of DEV work category:
SE could resign the dungeon as a solo instance.
In the small amount of DEV work category:
SE could put disclaimers for first timers.
SE could put auto-skip all cutscenes option on for first timers.
fixed a typo.
