They can speak and read English(as far as I know it's taught in elementary school there), but I sincerely doubt they feel as comfortable doing so as speaking and reading their first language.KMT its more like they have people on there team who can also speak English and read are post and you would think they would actually take on are feed back more.
But of Course Japan is there home country so they care more about their player feed back from Japan 1st and the western feed back second.



I guess someone missed the memo MONTHS ago where yoshi explicitly stated it would not be new content but old content with scaled difficulty.
Its a treat for people who clear O4S it doesn't need to be BRAND SPANKIN NEW. It just needs to be fun, difficult, and have appropriate rewards.
English is taught in many elementary courses throughout the world but it's not nearly enough to reach the level of fluency to be able to read and understand.
As someone else said, they're more comfortable catering to their homeland playerbase because it's their homeland and wouldn't ir be a shame if the game failed there?
