The thing with time sinks though, they can make them without being inhuman demanding? even you said you will not do 1-3 os because of the rng gating, you need people to do content.

I hate to repeat myself but: 20 hours max stretched over however long you will is not inhuman.
15 minutes a day for three months is not inhuman.

I've got another hobby besides playing this game - cross stitching. Finishing one of my projects can easly take 80 hours, maybe thats why I dont have such an issue with this... or maybe thats inhuman too? Spending more than 5 hours on something you desire?

You are using a pretty big word for a pretty small "issue" here - an issue that I wouldnt even call that. Because the only issue here is this "I want everything NOW without putting any effort into it!"-attitude.
