From a pure theoretical standpoint (ie.100% uptime, infinite duration), SkS is very close to Det and I'd even say it could be better because of the extra gauge generation for WAR/DRK.

True, I just did some math to determine what SkS value would be needed to actually benefit from it to optimize your CDs.

For WAR, you would need a GCD of 2.35 -> SkS 1316
For PLD, to squeeze an additional rotation, GCD of 2.26 -> SkS 1917

First one pretty easy to acquire, second would need many SkS VI melds. Also wouldn't really benefit from party buffs, as most jobs don't stack SkS/SpS. So yeah, totally not worth unfortunately
(Well, not yet, in the future we might get gear to reach these numbers without any melds.)

I think a GCD of 2.45, 2.44 or 2.4 is optimal! So, SkS value 648, 715 or 982 respectively.
