I'm sure there is a lot more. Why are people so pessimistic about things? This isn't a compilation of all that's coming I wouldn't think. We should be hearing about all that 4.1 has to offer soon enough.

well I think will get anima , Im assuming maybe the new palace, and in an old live letter they said squadrun stuff, but one of the things like super savage is really not even for the majority of players so I wouldnt even consider that content

The new relics are in 4.15, just like HW.

They never reveal the whole content before some live letter just before release. This is teaser stuff and some of it is interesting. I love some of the spoilers they've mentioned and love the fl and tell option especially although I knew it was coming eventually. I have a toon on gilga where I'd love to be able to chat with friends. I can't wait for linkshell access and FC access which should be coming hopefully soon after.

It really depends how much work they put in fixing inventory problems, id go without content for 6 months if it meant completely fixing it like glam log etc.

Super Savage is one new whole thing compared to our usual X.1 patches. Odd number patches are pretty infamously light and mainly designed to help non raiders 'catch up' in gear.

During the fanfest it got announced as an rebalanced already existing raidboss.

I wouldn't call this a "whole new thing".
