Just FYI ... you don't need four "crafters". You just need four people with at least one crafting skill that they've unlocked. In my GC, we have people who have unlocked one crafting skill but have no xp in it, just to advance the GC ship phases.

I realize that may not help if you can't get 4 people online, but it's a start.

The game never says you need crafters, only that all party members must be a DoH class for progression to continue.
