Poll: lets say they implement the mounts

It depends how many people use these mounts and are around the same places, no matter what a group of something as large as a Goobue is going to add the chance of increased lag or load time. In curtain situations it could be a really annoying issue for some people, of course not everyone will be effected by this.
In every other mmo I've played that had large mounts it's always been a problem lag wise. I just fear with FFXIVs graphics it could be an even larger issue. Oh well, we will just have to wait and see.

Lag? Really? If your system can take an Ixali camp it can take a Goobbue.

oh PS: For the argument earlier about "why magitek" "it was only in one final fantasy" actually it was in two, XIV. Magitek theme and usage has been in way before Yoshi took over. Just sayin...

You shouldn't be, the gobbue looks goofy, silly and not as cool as a drake.

Heheh, I love the goobbue's wobbly arms. To me the goobbue has more personality than most mobs out there, and that's what draws me to it, personally.

Your opinion doesn't equal fact.

A lot of people think they look great and would be fun to ride. We don't really know any details at all about them yet, but I think that alone is reason enough.
