    They should just change the level you get abilities so you get more of an essential kit earlier (including your basic AoE), then more specialist timers and buffs later (especially now cross class is gone). Something like Blood for Blood should be a later skill, like at or near 50, while simple things like the basic doom spike (really should be at lv 15, in time for Satasha) and the two normal combos should be available far sooner.

    Even when I was a sprout lancer, I got sick of pressing impulse drive over and over.

    Honestly, they should just give some rework about synching in general, especially when many other mmorpgs can do it just fine without too much issues on retaining skills. Heck even WoW with its time travel events has shown they can do it pretty fine (i wish all of the dungeons had this though).

    And if someone says that it makes those dungeons faster and easier to do well....that's old content, it's dead, it only serves as an exp fodder for levelling other jobs nowadays and it could actually make it better for those new players who need dungeons for story since more people would tag along (It's still 20 freaking minutes of mindless bashing buttons people!!!), so what's wrong in making them easier? If anything it would make people wanna run them more often than not.

    ....but considering I was even told that having 2 buttons to press is more challenging than 3 (because...logic?), as always, I don't think this will change so...we can always dream about it?

    The main reason behind unsync is have new players do old content swiftly enough to go enjoy new content without "holes" in past content.

    I'm sure you wont want spend two months at T5 before reach Omega, isn't it?

    Is that time travel event just the name, or a seperate thing from the normal dungeons a new player have to do? If a seperate dungeon, how will it help the new players with doing the normal dungeons?

    This is correct the reward is payment for carrying players through old content. Except they do allow you to que with max party so it is a little counter intuitive system. If you don't feel the reward is equal to the tedium don't do it.

    But any sync should give you the MAX, MAX stats at that level at least. I found out the hard way doing aquapolis that syncs you to 60 from 70 and a partner at 60 the partner at 60 will have better stats. Looks like the ilvl sync was 260ish with no materia. That doesn't seem fair.

    Doing content on minimum iLv I imagine is satisfying but incorporating it into something like roulette is a recipe for disaster. People will wipe to mechanics more often than usual since they're always used to eating mechanics with obnoxious health pools. If people wish to do minimum iLv content then let them do it through Party Finder. It may be fun initially, but then there's the lovely development where people will leave far more often than usual... People barely tolerate doing Shinryu at 320, let alone doing it in i280.

    Why are people even queuing for 50/60 roulette? The only time it is somewhat effective to do it is to get 60>61, otherwise you deep till 59/60 (50 or 60 depends on job and and gear, DPS always get to 60, and healer tank it is only effective to @level df at 59 if you got gear) Regardless as some pointed out roulette are not for a challenge, they are to give bonuses to people that did them so people are not stuck on something. (Same reason why we need a raid roulette because people get stuck on old raid content)

    That is what kick feature is for. If we wipe a second time while advice is ignored during the first fight (ill explain before hand if someone admits being new) and before the second fight (since ill repeat/ explain while people are returning after the first wipe) If they are still doing it wrong during the second attempt while I am telling them stack to the boss and we wipe again because of it? kick.

    Time Travel is a separate event that happens every month (more or less) where you basically go back in time and run some of the old endgame heroic dungeons from each expansions (Pandaria was recently included) with an optimal item level BUT retaining all of your skills you gained up until that level. You can join the time travel dungeon finder as soon as you have the optimal level, which varies depending on the kind of travel: if you're doing TBC event you only need to be 70, if wotlk you need to be 80, 85 for cataclysm and with pandaria you need to be 90. It's obviously unbalanced since both 110 and non-110 players can join and the skill disparity is noticeable but it's legitimately fun to do and you get scaled up loot to your level, as well as coins for exchanging extra items at the vendor, which are also scaled to your level.

    FFXIV should basically do this way for levelling roulettes, allowing high level players to retain their skill and EVEN if the dungeons become easier and faster to rush because "higher damage", there is no loss there: nobody will ever run there again if not for exp and tomes and unlike wow where you have at least few reasons to return (achievements and transmog unlocks), in ffxiv there is absolutely no other reason to go back to any of the older dungeons, except exp and the occasional glamour that, sadly, takes space and you can't save it anywhere.

    On top of that if dungeons also had more reason to re-run such as unique glamours and even mounts (Stratholme anyone?), I'm fairly sure more those dungeons were always busy and constantly on PF, searching for people (Ala Mhigo has a mount apparently: that's a step forward to the right direction)
    ...but as it is, they're just rotting data used for the daily exp grind and nothing more.
