...I expected a thread asking to remove ilvl synch and was prepared to explain why its in place and why we need it in certain dungeons.
I wasnt prepared for this nonsense...

OP, you, yourself even said that those dungeons arent actually really difficult even when done in the appropriate gear for that level - so whats the point in your idea even? When all a "proper" ilvl snych would do is to slow those runs down? Where is the fun in that?
A lower ilvl doesnt make a normal dungeon more difficult. It makes it take longer and no one is having fun with that.

So no, sorry - those dungeons never provided an actual challenge anyways (as you've admitted yourself), we dont make them take longer. (Besides: Thanks to nerfs the "original experience" is gone from many dungeons. And since I recently ended up in Amdapor Keep NM, I'd like to say: "Thank the Twelve!")
If you want a challenge for yourself because you consider that fun: you've got plenty of options for that, including running dungeons at minimum ilvl if thats whats fun to you.
For me - and a lot of other people, I assume - those dungeons are part of our daily farm-routine and while I'm intrested in challenging myself, I'd like that to be a challenge of skill and not patience because we're slugging through Sastasha NM or any other dungeon even slower than we already do.

Personally I am of the opinion all roulletes should be synced to a true minimum ilv by default in order to retain feel the original experience, and more importantly the fun.

No. Forever no. What is the point in me even gearing up if I'm always synced down for everything? This is the reason I havn't even bothered getting 330s. I should be allowed to steamroll old content as a reward for my character getting stronger.

It is a rare Veteran that wants to experience a dungeon AGAIN.. and again.. at a the original ilevel they had to do it the first time. What once was a challenge becomes tedious. We've run these dungeons over and over and over again, the majority of us just want to get the dungeon done and grab our little bonus and tomestones.

The roulette is in place to help newer players fill out parties for older content that would otherwise take forever to find a party for (seriously, who queues up for sastasha just because?) , making it take longer or even adding more risk of a vet wiping because the sprouts who are doing it for the first time can't manage is asking to make people not want to do roulettes.

I already dislike doing my 50/60 roulette enough as it is since they merged them together, this would stop me from ever queuing into it again. So I'm going to have to go with 'No'.

Just don't do any AoE attack in that boss fight and everything else should be fine.

I hope you don't do that in Aurun Vale. I saw enough partys wiping there, because the tank thought he can just run to the first boss on the other side of the room.

they need to give us most of the abilities at level one then their added statistical buffs via traits later on.

for example: Pugilist. players would start off with most of the weapon combo skills, including bootshine, true strike, and snap punch at level one, but with no extra statistical strengths such as flanking damage and greased lightning.

more things i would like to see them try is increasing the item level limit for at least most fates.

I think the item level sync is fine, i just wish I could keep my full rotation even while synced down to a lower level. I don't even bother doing leveling roulette anymore unless I need exp or Verity gear, because they just bore me so much with the lack of abilities I can use.

This is impossible to balance as low lvl dungeons are designed for classes with limited abilities. Keeping all your high lvl abilities even with low lvl stats could very easily trivialise dungeons which would make them even more boring.

Furthermore allowing high lvl classes to keep all their abilities at low lvl would make new players feel their contribution matters little.
