Only time I've ever seen people do this is with MCH and AST at the beginning of HW because they really were /THAT/ bad. Now however? Arguably all the jobs are in a fairly decent, if not good position. I highly doubt the majority of people will care, and those who do tend in my experience to be the people who need to be carried and thus only want 'THE BEST'. Ignoring the fact that all jobs can now get the job done.
