Heals cannot direct hit though, which is honestly dumb IMO. Why are they able to crit but not dhit?

Because direct hit heals make no sense. No one is trying to avoid getting healed.

In exchange, healers will try every time to go dying from aggro, because they always running away the tank when they got some. A clear example of panicked players doing exactly the opposite of what must be done in that cases.
