Can you go into detail on this? I so very much want it to be true, but having recently reached level 70 on Goldsmith, I still find it quite useful, if horrendously painful. During the nearly thirty free steps this ability grants, I can typically get myself three stacks of Inner Quiet and a quarter's worth of progress for the cost of zero CP and 10 Durability (between two helpings of Comfort Zone and numerous Good and Excellent conditions, Inner Quiet, Precise Touch, and a dose or two of Steady Hand II are all fully or mostly paid for).

Still working out for myself just which of the new skills are worthwhile, but it doesn't seem to me that any of them can do all that! Or are they obsolete simply because Stormblood recipes are so easy that they can be completed without having to bother with all that, so long as you're adequately geared? (I am decidedly not adequately geared, as of yet.) If they are obsolete due to ease of crafting, rather than due to new skills - isn't it likely that they may become necessary again as we gain three- and four-star recipes?
