Would it be alright to ask for level restriction for rank?

The amount of tanks who grab defence buffs is outstanding...

And then the ranged and healers dps the box from me as a tank thinking I will steal it, and I am just like "ALL I WANTED WAS THE GAUGE, WHY CAN'T I TELL THEM THIS" (then I cry in a corner)
