Considering the M tribe has taken residense somewhat close to the shroud, i could imagine M'hahtoa simply wandered into the Seeker encampment and somehow joined them. She looks to be of older age so perhaps she ventured out before Ala Mhigo fell and the wall got built.

Though ooking at how many other such slip ups has happened in stormblood i could too see it just being an error.

There was an unnamed Keeper male who was a member of the Crystal Braves (I remember seeing him hanging around in the uniform during a few quests); I don't recall the context of the quests he was involved in, though. At the start of Wanderer's Palace Normal, one of the two adventurers getting their faces stabbed in by Tonberries is a male Keeper (who more famously reappears in the unlock quest for Wanderer's Palace Hard.

Those are...the only male Keeper NPCs I know of, and that makes me sad.

As for the Braves-Keeper, I think he was just chilling at the lancer guild's aetheryte crystal while WoL was trying to pinpoint the traitor among Flames' ranks.

There's a guy who is crunched in a corner inside Buscarron's Druthers.. Not sure if he's a Keeper or not but I know he should be there. He tells you to leave him be.

Really? Could've sworn he had Keeper eyes back when I did the FATE and stood in his face. But that was years ago and I could be remembering wrong.

The postmoogle questline heavily implies he's a keeper, given how weird it is that he's in charge of all the women given their typical tribal setup. Regardless, though, he's definitely a dickbag.
