They added this a while ago (standard macro syntax). I tried it out for a while but turned it off in the end as I didn't like the potential for clipping, as I'm such a button masher between GCDs. Ground targeting sucks. I wish there was a non-macro option in settings to make them globally cast on your target, even though it would be a little inconvenient at times.
