Meaning both healers need to hit a minimum of 1.5k DPS each = ~3000

I've seen DPS pull above 5k and tanks go above 3k. I've seen healers go above 3k as well, but the main point I am trying to make is, it IS possible to clear without both healers getting 2.5k RDPS.
That is even worse. He said 2.5k between both healers, you are saying 3000.
