    I don't think you should be able to change your name. The one reason why I don't think it should be allowed is because all the jack arses that ruined there reputation on the server they currently reside will have a free witness protection program.

    and? They would then just ruin their reputation again. Depending on how big the jackass it would probably be in a matter of days.

    Yep, why I said Jack arses are just gonna be Jack Arses all over again, even with name change. On the other hand, If the Jack Arses wanted to not be Jack Arses anymore, this could be a Second Chance for them.
