    I mean tbh, it doesn't really improve the scatter spam all that much, they'd probably have to make the chance relatively low. Although with Manafication up, theoretically if you're super lucky you'd be able to get almost 9 moulinets in with that effect. Which, although awesome, would be ridiculous.
