I'm personally opposed, but the main retort these forums use to people not wanting certain novelty items is "Dun use it den". So eh.

A good argument against any particular gear is "it breaks the art style and looks weird against everything else"...
which WAS a valid argument.. till I got my little yokai glowy gocart mount and cartoony weapons. With that already in there it's hard to argue against anything else.

honestly I dont see them everywhere anymore but when i do it does yank me out of my little RPG flow.

but now the floodgates have been opened, why deny someone something they want ? especially if you can make it within the artstyle of the game.
