This. We just got a huge expansion with two extra updates a few weeks afterwards, and we have two events coming (Moonfire and the Rising). Devs needing to save time because they're already giving us a lot of stuff isn't laziness. Given them a break.

Another excuse. Let's recall the the events from Heavensward, an expansion so taxing on the Devs that they had to take a 2 month break.
