Remove 60 Boosts for New Players

Please remove it for new players and make it only available for accounts with a Max lvl job.m

1: Long existed players already ''kill'' the end game, duty and party finder groups, so to me no difference really.
2: You mean most of the players? Many I know who beat most of the stuff doesn't even play that much anymore, so there is no differene here either between new or existing players.

4: Never played wow, but honestly potion isn't bad. If I was never playing this game from scratch I would and I would gladly learn my class well too.

Instead of asking all those 4 questions, especially the first one, can't you just ask the long existing players why they ''kill' the duty or party finders?
