There is. It's called Naughtyweaver. Most likely against the ToS though. There is no 'mod' that allows you to go barefoot. It's simply impossible to do. The shape for the sandals is built into the character model, so the best you can possibly do is texture it 'nude' to make it look barefoot, but you'd end up with weird shaped feet as a result.
Then again, even Razer Synapse is technically against ToS. Because it's a 3rd party program that can interact with the game. And well, if you wanna use Razer products for more than the most basic of basic features... you need Synapse.
White Mage ~ Scholar ~ PaladinBoi if you got kicked for the same thing in over 20 duties I strongly suggest you think hard on whatever the hell it is you're doing
As I'm sure you are well aware, it takes more than one person to be able to kick a player from a duty, so in all those instances there were at least two people agreeing they'd be better off without you tanking.
Since there's already a "barefoot-mod" created by players and it looks "ok" (according to image on previous page), i see no reason for Square to not add this.
Those "sandals" looks awful tbh.

MCH/BRD/PLD
The model even exists for female characters already. Minfilia in 3.x.
Should be easy for them to do. Moonfire Sandals is almost like walking barefoot. So they can't do a little change and remove the foot wear. Maybe make the moonfire sandals invisible and leave the character same ground height as if was wearing the sandals. Sounds pretty easy to do.
There was an Cat Girl NPC at moonfire faire Event who was barefoot in the water :/
Why can't we have a Glamour for it already.....
I'm quite a bit pissed :\
(Didn't know about the one in kugane x.x)
