There is no 'mod' that allows you to go barefoot. It's simply impossible to do. The shape for the sandals is built into the character model, so the best you can possibly do is texture it 'nude' to make it look barefoot, but you'd end up with weird shaped feet as a result.

There is. It's called Naughtyweaver. Most likely against the ToS though.
