Don't forget the ubiquitous bank alts. It's very easy to form your own guild and max out the guild bank tabs, which adds up to HUGE amounts of storage for various things. Also, WoW's banking system now has a crafting mats storage separate from the bank space itself.

I think you overestimate how many that play WoW will find it "easy" to obtain the 40k gold needed per maxed out guild bank.

Also, I believe the last two tabs require you to have certain guild achievements, with the last one requiring you to have had one of each race/class combo in your guild at the max level.

I guess some people find leveling 46 characters to 110 easy.
