Bruh, no one cares that you leveled up without the buff. You are clearly not a new player who was the primary target of the buff in the first place. Thank you for your opinion but it is beyond redundant given the point of the buff in the first place: 1. to entice players to low pop servers and 2. to give the brand new players a way to catch up atleast one job alittle.
