Wasn't that only obtainable if you were subscribed to both FFXI and FFXIV 1.0 during the time of !.0 and is no longer obtainable in game? Plus it only works within a city.

i dont want them to sneak in somthing like, "upon activation stamina is depleted completely and refills gradually", like a the old TP system.

Nah..."assuming" they do it right the sprint meter would be its own thing and its own resource that wouldn't drain important combat energy or combat related resources.
