Also consuming multiple lilies isn't "useless" as it does reduce the recast of the skill, but a short recast reduction on an already short skill is pretty negligible too.

are you sure about that? because the action description says nothing about that at all

Can confirm that extra lilies does reduce the cooldown. 1 to 2 lilies are 28 seconds, 3 is 24 seconds.

yeah your both absolutely right, i didnt realize it was in the traits of the lillies rather then the spell itself.
though i cant check right now, i could have sworn the description for assize mentioned the stacks and their effects on the spell itself.
i also didnt know lillies affected tetragrammaton too so thats good to know
