Benison is instant and no cost, of course its gonna have a cd for that...why are we even comparing it to adloq? Its useful on a whm because its their only means ot pad hp before a big hit, or to put on a lower hp dps when a damaging mechanic is coming up, or as a pre-empt to something like susanoo lightning without interrupting tank heals. It has plenty of uses for whm, my only issues is for some reason it requires a lily to use at all which can result in some odd moments when you want to use it but cant, and everyone is full so you cant make a lily.
