Use of crosshair/cursor to improve targeting accuracy.

I use game pad (ps4)... I typically never have issues with targeting. I have it at when my weapon is sheathed, I can target anything pretty much. When it's unsheathed, left or right on dpad to select mobs, up and down on dpad to cycle through party members. Also upon first targeting, it always targets closest mob.

Yes, I know about the target filters. I'm just looking for something even better than that and more suited to my play style.
