Can we get a Reptilian race please?

I would of played a reptilian race if we had one. Made a female Argonian in skyrim. But I am fine with Au Ra they look super cute and you got scales, horns and a tail.

I'd rather they just give us the au'ra concept than the finalized version.

Granted, I like how my character looks and everything and I spent a lot of time on her... but I would've absolutely loved if they could be taller to actually match their male counterparts, with more of a draconic/intimidating stance and options available. I don't hate how they came out, but I still feel like their concept is a lot more interesting than what we got.

SE should have a design a race contest for the next race to be implemented, then have the player base vote.

They tried this, instead of a Lizard man they decide for the kawaii moe version. Aslong as the playerbase shows that it prefers moe, we will not get different type of races. It also doesnt help that SE does not want to create a race that looks different from humans.

The Au Ra as it is the Lizard that SE wants you to play. This is probably why I am worried for the new race for future expansion.


PS: Still wish we had the taller rugged devilish looking Au Ra from the artwork.

I wanted the concept artwork version of Au Ra too, I am really disappointed they decided to ake the females look like JPOP idols with some poor - res scale disease.

I do like the Au Ra that we do have, but that concept art would have made me happier. Sad that it didn't go that way.

I think they've done it with Au Ra. They explicitly say that Auri do not come from dragons.... Which makes them plain reptiles.

This is false.

In an interview they said they have a demonic "motif", motif is an aesthetic term wich refer to the art or design style not the origin of the race.

Everything in the Au Ra entry in the lorebook is about how they are the descendants of dragons in their mythos, but it's not confirmed.

They are not demons, not dragons, not even toaster people. So lizard people is all we have.
