Or....
They could just allow free-aiming of conal/linear AoEs?

I just want Overpower to not break combo, but that won't happen lol.

This, but I feel this is a penalty. I mean, seems every AoE agro establishing tool has a drawback.
Flash: no damage
Unleash: MP requirement (DRKs can easily drain themselves out of MP, something PLD don't suffer as much.)
Overpower: breaks combos
As a cone, I think the target requirement is best. It would be way too easy to accidentally turn the wrong way and miss every foe that is now accidentally to your right.
Um... what? Speaking as someone who's mained WAR since 2.X Flash was already an already low tier skill to use that I dumped the second I got gud at aiming OP. Flash was pretty useless so long as you had an onze of positioning sense! Flash became even more worthless once you got Equilibrium at 58, so again, WUT? If you know how to tank, the only dancing you need to do is to dodge AoEs. Equilibrium is leagues better for pulling than Flash ever was.
You have Steel Cyclone.
It's literally made for AoE pulls since it's:
1. Radial and does not require a target
2. Has an enmity multiplier
3. Heals you by 22% of damage dealt per target.

Agree with Thunda. Besides, as a War, it's best to learn to keep enemies always in front of you so you can make the best use of Raw Intuition.
If the enemies are small sure but if they are large, they push each other to the sides making it difficult to overpower them all and retain your forward positioned raw intuition. If they are just a bit too far to the sides you start taking criticals which can be dangerous. I wish they would change it so that raw intuition was either a wider degree or a complete 180 half circle infront of you, even parrying the flanks.
I do agree as far as RI goes, but no matter how big the targets, I've never had an issue angling myself properly to clip each and every mob with OP, and I've tanked near every instance in this game. If people are having trouble with OP, then the fault is on them, not the skill.
Agreed. At least would be nicer if:
All attacks from the front will be parried.
Half the attacks from the flanks will be parried.
All attacks from the rear will result in criticals.
Try doing the new aquapolis canals. If you get the giant mobs you will encounter this problem and I gaurentee it. Don't even try to push that fault is your own crap. You literally have to keep spinning in circles just to hit them all with overpower.I do agree as far as RI goes, but no matter how big the targets, I've never had an issue angling myself properly to clip each and every mob with OP, and I've tanked near every instance in this game.
