MCH has a strong identity and distinctive playstyle, and it doesn't lack for flavour (Literally reassembling, changing magazines or adding attachments to your gun on the fly); especially since the introduction of the heat gauge system. I'd honestly say MCH is one of the few classes who's new gauge added to the class rather than felt tacked on.

The problem is a lack of proper testing and clear vision of where they want MCH to be. It plays like it should be the SAM or BLM of the ranged DPS having less utility and more complex skill mechanics, but actually is the lowest performing DPS class in the game because it has a few party utility skills.
